4-BIS Solutions provides HVAC repair, HVAC installation and replacement, mini split system installation, emergency HVAC service, water heater installation, and general home maintenance services in Columbia, Missouri and the surrounding Boone County area.
- All service estimates are provided free of charge and are non-binding unless a written agreement is signed.
- Actual costs may vary based on parts availability, job site conditions, or scope changes discovered during service.
- We reserve the right to decline any service request at our discretion.
3. Estimates and Pricing
Estimates provided via our website, phone, or email are good-faith approximations based on the information available at the time. Final pricing is confirmed on-site before work begins. You will not be charged for any work without your explicit approval of the final quote.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless a prior arrangement has been made in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Unpaid balances may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month. In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies including collections.
5. Warranties and Workmanship
We stand behind our work. Labor performed by 4-BIS Solutions is warranted against defects in workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of service completion, unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Parts and equipment warranties are governed by the respective manufacturer's warranty terms.
- Warranty claims must be reported to us within the warranty period by contacting us at 573-823-8613.
- Warranties are void if equipment is modified, misused, or serviced by an unauthorized party after our work is completed.
6. Access to Property
By scheduling a service appointment, you grant 4-BIS Solutions and its technicians reasonable access to your property to perform the requested work. You agree to ensure a safe working environment, including providing access to utilities and equipment areas as needed.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 4-BIS Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services or your use of this website. Our total liability for any claim related to a service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific service.
We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or damage caused by normal wear and tear, acts of nature, or third-party interference discovered during or after service.
